We believe that individuals embarking on an entry-level career deserve access to the best training and employer solutions!

Our mission is to tackle unemployment by setting the new standard in training and recruitment.

We are EXTRA-ordinary

Created through a desire to not only do things differently, but to do things right, we focus on delivering the highest quality service to both our network of learners and employers.

With a longstanding history in the training and recruitment sector, we identified a large gap where both learners and employers were being dramatically underserved with a considerable lack in high quality training opportunities for individuals and bespoke training programmes for employers. These problems create an incredibly toxic environment where young adults remain unemployed, become increasingly frustrated and unhappy and where employers are exposed to vulnerabilities of staffing issues and are unable to scale or grow and where the industry as a whole becomes stagnant. We decided it was time to intervene and alter the direction the industry was headed. It was here that our vision for Geon Training was born.

We do what it takes to ensure that entry-level learners are developed and nurtured in the right way to be successfully placed into work. No matter their background, qualifications or circumstances, we are here to lend a helping hand at a time when they need it most.

We always go the extra mile, supporting and guiding likeminded employers to share our view on creating opportunities for young and emerging talent. From guidance on training grants to identifying the best ways to embed a culture of integrity, inclusive and respect in the workplace, we understand that to really make a change, it’s strength in numbers. We can work with any business big or small, regardless of sector or geographical location.
